·         Cambodian-American Capital Property Development Investment Fund focusing on real estate development in Cambodia.

·         The fund has a fixed life of 5 years consisting of a 2 year investment period during which properties are acquired and a holding period during which active asset management will carry out.

·         Development of high quality school facilities and academic programs that compatible to private school here in the US.

THE MANAGEMENT TEAM

The principal management team has extensive experience both in business and education. We are creating two principal management teams to focus on real estate development and education programs. We have created a team of expensive experience educators from private and public schools here in Massachusetts, United States to develop high standard academic programs.  

One of the owners is a Cambodian-American. He is currently an educator and at the same time he is investing some real estate in Cambodia. He plays an important role and understand a big picture this long term investment international Montessori School in Cambodia.
